Background

From Enterprise to Operator

I spent more than a decade in enterprise SaaS, solution engineering, product strategy and sales enablement, including building and leading cross-functional technical teams supporting major enterprise deals.

That background shapes how I approach AI: not as a toy, not as theatre, and not as a procurement exercise. The useful question is always the same: where does this change the work enough to pay for itself?

Today I split my time between AI Operators, Syllogism, Chart Reporter and the operating system that keeps the machine coherent.

Implemented multi-agent automation systems using Claude API across 13+ specialised agents. Designed and shipped Chart Reporter (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel). Co-founded Syllogism for AI advisory. Delivered executive AI strategy workshops.
