What I Build

The useful AI story is not a credential list. It is proof: live products, active advisory work, operator media and the lessons from experiments I have deliberately parked or archived.

Chart Reporter

Chart Reporter automates the manual collection and reporting of trading performance data into actionable insights for the individual Forex trader. Built end-to-end as a solo operator.

Traders using MetaTrader 4 and MT5 Expert Advisors generate enormous amounts of performance data - but extracting, visualising, and acting on that data has always been manual, tedious, and error-prone. Chart Reporter solves this with a live analytics platform that connects directly to trading accounts.

Sites by Agents

Sites by Agents is a parked product concept for agent-assisted website delivery. It proved the delivery pattern: crawl, brief, design, copy, build, SEO audit and security review through a small coordinated agent pipeline.

Good idea, wrong bandwidth window. It is paused while the priority shifts to AI Operators, Syllogism and Chart Reporter.

The lesson still matters: AI is most useful when it compresses an actual workflow, not when it becomes a demo looking for a business model.

Sairgent

Sairgent was an early attempt at a business-in-a-box agentic operating system. It was wound down after Hermes converged on much of the same architecture faster than expected.

The product is archived, but the operating philosophy remains: hierarchy, accountability, persistent context, small reliable systems and value math before tool choice.

Those lessons now show up in Valid Agenda's consulting, Syllogism workshops and the way I build internal operating systems for real work.

GovernanceValue Math requirement on all proposals. 48-hour ship rule. Persistent memory and audit trail.

Syllogism

Syllogism is a joint venture between Valid Agenda (Dave) and Esource (Richard Webbe). We accelerate AI adoption for mid-market businesses by moving from 'Novelty' to 'Payback.'

Richard brings high-stakes sales pedigree (ex-Cisco, ex-Telstra). Dave brings the technical architecture and agentic systems. Together, we deliver AI strategy workshops, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps grounded in operational reality.

Our methodology - the AI Blueprint - starts with the Cost of Inaction, not the technology. We help leaders see where AI will actually pay back before they buy a single tool.

We also produce the AI Operators Podcast - a weekly show exploring the tactical edge of AI agents, governance, and the transition from manual work to orchestration.
